For its clients MN wants to be a leading player in the market for the execution of collective pensions in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. We are continuing to invest in order to guarantee that we can provide the optimum service to pension funds. All these investments are based on the philosophy of creating value and continuity of business. Our aim is not to maximise our profits. For the pension funds, this means that all the money earned by MN is channelled back directly for investment in the client.

To give you an idea of the investments we’re planning for the next few years, we’ll describe two headline areas that are also important for the current service we provide for you:

These corporate governance topics are matters of constant focus for us now, and will remain so in the future.

• Communication policy:
  Complex topics such as pensions and the background to your professional pension fund demand clear communication. If you wish, MN will communicate with your members on your behalf. Our investments in administrative systems and staff are designed to provide optimum support for the communications policy of the pension funds. Our target is "operational excellence" from the back office and client-oriented, personal contact with your members from the front office. What this means as far as our clients are concerned is optimal service for the pension funds, giving the right impression, and satisfaction for the grassroots membership.
