Pension Communication

A complex topic such as pensions calls for clear communication. MN can deal with communication on your behalf with your employees and members. Worthwhile pension communication is based on our processes. Because we are acquainted with your members, we know the information they need, and when they need it. We can provide your members with the best communication by then selecting the correct means of communication. MN also proactively advises pension funds on any relevant developments and new legislation that might have a direct impact on the employers and members affiliated to your fund.
MN uses a range of communication channels, deployed in the name of your own pension fund:

Online mass communication:

  • Internet, your own website;

  • Your own pension planner with a direct link to your own database;

  • Electronic newsletter for your employers and/or members.

  • Award letter;

  • General brochures;

  • Life event brochures;

  • UPO (Uniform Pension Overview) and other periodical statements;

  • Newsletters for your members and/or employers.

Personal communication:

  • Information meetings held by field employees and specialists (either in-house or anywhere you would like in the Netherlands);

  • Registration visits to the employer;

  • Information visits to the employer;

  • Working environment visits to the employer;
